Plain terms: what we collect on this site, why, who else sees it, and how to have it removed.
1 · What this policy covers
This policy explains what Groundbreaker Academy — a division of Chestnut Bridge Partners, LLC — collects through groundbreakeracademy.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this site and to the enrollment and free-download forms on it.
2 · What we collect
From the free calculator form: your email address. From the enrollment or application form: your name, email, phone number, the market you work in, the tier you are interested in, your experience level, payment preference, start timing, and anything you choose to tell us about a parcel or project. From ordinary web traffic: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed.
3 · Why we use it
To send the calculator and the mini-lesson you asked for; to answer enrollment questions and send prices, schedules and payment plans; to deliver a course you buy; to send occasional lessons and announcements you can unsubscribe from at any time; and to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.
4 · Email
If you give us your email for the calculator, we will also send occasional deal-screening lessons and Academy announcements. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect a course you have purchased.
5 · Who else sees it
We use third-party providers to host this site, send email, and process payments. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor — we never see or store card numbers. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
6 · Analytics and advertising
We may use analytics and advertising tools that set cookies to measure traffic and to show Academy ads to people who have visited this site. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.
7 · How long we keep it
Enquiry and enrollment records are kept for as long as needed to run your account and to meet our tax and legal obligations. Marketing email records are kept until you unsubscribe, and then only as needed to honour that request.
8 · Your choices
Email us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted; to unsubscribe from marketing; or to ask us to stop processing your information. Deleting your information may end access to a course you have purchased.
9 · Children
This site and these programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10 · Changes and contact
